About the Academy
The TASKFORCOME Social Impulse Academy aims at promoting start-ups and initiatives with a lasting impact on the community. The Academy’s focus lies on social entrepreneurship, a form of entrepreneurship, that enables to make a positive change for both – the society and the new entrepreneurs themselves.
As a joint project of Plattform e.V. and CGE Culture Goes Europe Erfurt e.V. the Academy offers a 6-month program for enthusiastic and open-minded individuals with international roots, who want to get a boost in designing, implementing and sustaining business ideas for social change in Thuringia.

A Place That Provides All Facilities To Spark Social Change
The Social Impulse Hub is located in the vibrant community house Saline 34 in the North of Erfurt, which is well known for its creative residents, such as painters, media educators, photographers and music initiatives, and for its charming and creative ambience. The residents of the Hub have the unique experience to work side by side with inspiring people in an open-space hub, where they can exchange their ideas and receive cooperative support.
The Hub provides a shared working space with access to internet and a kitchen to prepare refreshments. Being a multifunctional room, the working space is also used as seminar room for courses and workshops, a room to exchange the ideas or even as an exhibition room to present the ready to be founded ideas. Having a separate entrance, the residents are able to use the room whenever it suits them best.
